Who: Entrepreneurs (physical or legal persons) who intend to operate their companies or subsidiaries or permanent establishments in Kardinalviertel.
What: The basis of funding is the net rent as stipulated in the rental agreement, not including operating expenses. Rent allowance can be granted for a maximum of the first three years and up to one third of the net rent. The subsidies are granted in retrospect and are limited to € 10,000 for three years.

Receive the funding



The City of Klagenfurt Business Service checks compliance with funding requirements. The subsidies will be paid to you following approval by the City Senate.
